Distributed 28,944 boxes of aid today across three distribution sites:
Location | Truckloads | Boxes | Meals |

In addition to our standard food aid items, we distributed four truckloads of potatoes at the SDS2 and SDS3 distribution sites today in an expanded pilot program as we continue to seek ways to provide even more aid to the Palestinian people in Gaza.
Approximately 58,425,922 meals distributed to date via roughly 1,014,684 boxes.
SAFETY/SECURITY
Distributions at all sites ran smoothly, ensuring the protection of all civilians present.
STATEMENTS FROM GHF INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR JOHN ACREE
July 3, 2025
“The demand for food in Gaza remains overwhelming. Every day, we see thousands of people at our distribution sites because it’s the only reliable aid channel functioning at scale. The widespread looting and breakdown of other aid convoys have made an already dire situation worse. People are desperate, and the humanitarian community urgently needs better, safer pathways to deliver assistance.
GHF was built to meet that challenge — not just as a direct aid provider, but as a logistics and supply chain enabler for the broader humanitarian community. Our infrastructure, routes, and on-the-ground systems can support partners who want to move aid quickly, securely, and with accountability. We’re ready to collaborate. We want to work with anyone serious about getting more aid into Gaza, faster. The need is urgent, and the opportunity to scale impact is right in front of us.”
UPDATES AND CORRECTIONS
UPDATES: We call on international leaders and aid groups to stand with us and with the people of Gaza. We are ready and willing to work with organizations—large or small—committed to the same goal: feeding those in need. This mission is bigger than any one group. We welcome organizations who are serious about delivering aid, not just issuing statements. The people of Gaza, who show up to our sites every day in defiance of Hamas’s threats and brutality, deserve it.
INACCURATE NEWS REPORTING: GHF launched an immediate investigation when the Associated Press published a story regarding civilians being under fire at a GHF distribution site. Based on time-stamped video footage and sworn witness statements, we have concluded that the claims in the AP’s story are categorically false. At no point were civilians under fire at a GHF distribution site. The gunfire heard in the video was confirmed to have originated from the IDF, who was outside the immediate vicinity of the GHF distribution site. It was not directed at individuals, and no one was shot or injured.
Our GHF news monitoring continues to reveal inaccurate news coverage by international media outlets linking GHF sites to violent incidents that did not occur near our sites, but in fact occurred at United Nations’ (UN) convoy sites or other humanitarian groups who operate near our site. The UN has confirmed this in their own reporting. We have experienced a growing pattern of false information seemingly formulated by the Gaza Health Ministry, an arm of Hamas, and then reported first by Al Jazeera and then echoed by the UN and it appears now by MSF.
BOTTOM LINE: The Hamas-affiliated Gaza Health Ministry is not a credible source of information.
